How to solve Sky Box problems

As useful as Sky box is, many users face some common problems with it. Here is a guide to easily understand and solve the few problems plaguing the device.

One of the first issues relates to TV picture viewing. This could be hampered by display of multiple, jumping, blurry, freezing, plain or multi coloured picture screen. The first thing you should do is switch off the Sky Box and TV from the mains and wait for at least 3 minutes before switching it on again.
