Sky Customer Services

I heard a story recently about a guy who had a complaint about a service that was being offered by the Apple Corporation. He phoned there help-desks, but was put on hold, and then sent an email – to which he received a sub-standard reply. In order to make sure he was heard, the guy then proceeded to send a comically frustrated email directly to Steve Jobs – the head of the Apple Corporation. Apparently, so the story goes, his email made Steve Jobs laugh and his problem was dealt with that same day. We can’t all go barrelling into the Head office of a company when we have a problem, but this story is a great example of how persistence can sometimes be rewarded. If you have a problem with Sky, it will be sorted by one of their great customer service team – just use some of these Sky Contacts details (sourced at http://www.radioandtelly.co.uk/skyfaq.html#contact, a great little home entertainment resource):
