Sky Order Tracking

Order tracking is an essential part of any online shopping experience. If you buy something online, and it is being sent to you by post, you’re going to want to know when it’s going to arrive. More than that, you’ll want to know exactly where it is. Sky order tracking, luckily, is at the top of its game. Order tracking with Sky can be done in multiple ways – so you’ll be able to find out how your order is doing either at home or on the go. So this is how it works. If you decide that you need to order something from Sky (a new remote maybe, Sky+HD box or a TV link so that you can watch the same Sky channel on two separate televisions), you can then track your order through Sky’s services. You can monitor the order online (if you sign up for the website and get a Sky ID, which is free to do) or – if you are already a Sky subscriber – through your TV with your sky remote.

So here is a summary of the two main ways to track your order:

Online (either with your phone or computer!)

In the Billing Centre of Sky’s website, there is a link labelled “Track Your Order”. So long as you have a Sky ID, all your orders will be shown there.

Through your TV

This is really simple! Just take your remote, press the “Interactive” button and navigate to:
“Sky Active” à “My Sky Account” à “Track my Order”

You can then just follow the instructions on your TV to find out what your order is up to!

Anything you have ordered that hasn’t arrived yet (an “unfulfilled” order) will be shown on the order tracking pages – and they will also show you when they think your stuff will arrive. There may also be notices from Sky box, which you will be expected to read. These might say that there is some hold-up with your order, or that Sky is still waiting for something from you. If you need to give Sky some extra information, or an important payment, or are still waiting to receive your old equipment (because they generally like to reclaim the bits that don’t work). You can use order tracking as much as you want, and there is no fee.

So there you go. It’s that easy to make sure your order is getting to you safely with Sky tracking, and even easier if you are an existing Sky customer.
